I had the beef ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious and very meaty. My mother would take me and my brother to the original Hillery's in North Chicago when we were younger and man the memory of that taste never left my mind once we moved away to Va years ago. This is a must every time I'm in town and I gotta take two gallons of sauce back with me to VA. Only reason why I don't give five stars is because it's not the exact Hillery's sauce as the original in North Chicago but it's damn close and still very good.
